Livestreaming in a new normal

Well this feels different. Preaching today from Coatesville, PA! Facebook Live from the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd. Supplying in different spaces to pews filled with the Holy Spirit and the church to the ends of the earth .... well. Hahahah. Maybe to the edges of a few local communities ... is a first for me today.

So much of not only what I've learned and done in service to the people of God and the life I've lived has helped me weather these many months of a new normal. But preaching and leading a worshipful gathering online is a new experience. Traveling to and being in an unfamiliar place is nothing new, but the world is a different place and I am wholly grateful for the love and support of my wife, amazing friends and colleagues, the church where I currently am blessed to serve as Director of Youth, and the Synodical community as we walk together into new opportunities to share the Love of Christ.
