I just read a wonderful post by a retired pastor.... In which he offered an opportunity for us to re frame our thinking as we live into the current manner of being community together. He suggests that the struggle of having to forego the texture and touch of the Holy meal as we partake in it can be thought of as hungering instead for the time to come together as one .... once again in physical community and the feel of a hand clasped around our own. In my eyes....think about the JOY in us as we physically come back together. Instead of pining for what we do not have ... look to the gifts of what is to come. Unburying our Alleluias ..... So that by their light and sound we may be guided into a new day ... with one another. A new day where our vision holds more clarity than ever before:
